About Fenella

I am a recently married, stay at home mum of a young daughter from Christchurch, New Zealand. I have always had an interest in cooking and baking, regularly trying new recipes and adapting them to make them my own. My love of chocolate has always played a strong part in my baking (and eating!). Having visited Europe and tasted some of the worlds best chocolate truffles in Belgium, France, Italy and Switzerland I have developed a more refined taste in chocolate. No longer will the Cadbury Dairymilk bar satisfy my chocolate cravings! This desire for good quality dark chocolate started a quest to find out all I can about chocolates origins, processing, marketing and consumption. This website is dedicated to that quest. Any suggestions for the site would be most welcome and I would love to receive comments and contributions! Tell me your chocolate stories, recipes, tips and techniques!

Of course I had to visit your site–wow! You've done an awesome job. Some snowy day I'm just going to grab a bottle of Pinot Noir, a large bar of Green & Black's, turn off the phones and plow through your website soup to nuts. There's so much to offer it's hardly a 10-minute project.

I'd like to send you a hard copy of the book at no charge. I have your address from your e-mail so I'll send it out. I know you have the e-book, but a it's a good coffee table book–whenever you have a "User's Guide to the Extraordinary Health Benefit of Chocolate" lying around, guests are bound to comment!

If you like the book, maybe you can put a link to the amazon address from your site and be a part of their commission program when people buy the book from your site (only if you want, of course). I don't know how it works, but it seems you must as you are a master of web creation.
